The Flint River Soil and Water Conservation District conducts uniformity tests for producers in southwest Georgia who are participating in the USDA NRCS Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP). Our Irrigation Efficiency Coordinator, Abby Davis, schedules the tests prior to and following the retrofitting of an irrigation system.

The purpose of the Flint River District’s Mobile Irrigation Lab is to evaluate the uniformity of the center pivot irrigation systems by testing the sprinkler application rates of the system.
