Where are you originally from?
Originally I am from Pitts Georgia.
What impact to you hope to make as a part of the District?
I hope to help decrease damage done by feral swine to the states agriculture and natural resources.
What inspires you to work in conservation?
Growing up in a small agricultural town, I saw the effects of invasive species on crops and native wildlife, and I wanted to do something about it.
If you were a common Georgia crop, what would it be?
If I were a common Georgia crop, I believe I would be a Satsuma. It’s my favorite fruit and they just get sweeter the longer they are on the tree
What could we find you doing on a typical Saturday afternoon?
On a typical Saturday afternoon, depending on the weather, I’ll either be fishing, reading a book, or helping my family on our small hog farm.
