The Georgia Chapter of the Soil and Water Conservation Society (GASWCS) will hold its 2026 Annual Meeting in Tifton on March 26 & 27! Conference topics will include Agriculture, Water Quality, Agroforestry, and Agrivoltaics on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning.
Events this year will include a banquet on Thursday evening at the Georgia Peanut Museum and a field trip on Friday afternoon. Stick around an extra night and enjoy some of the fun things to do around Tifton on Saturday on your own, such as local wine tastings, a variety of u-pick farms/farmers markets, the Georgia Museum of Agriculture's Historic Village and Steam Engine Train, and more.
