The Flint River Soil and Water Conservation District, an independent State Agency under the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission, will host a public meeting to discuss its USDA Watershed Flood Prevention Operations project to restore and maintain surface water flows in the Clairborne Aquifer.
